Two (2) bedroom log cabin has an all new living room with stone fireplace and fully furnished kitchen. Bathroom has a claw foot tub/shower combination; plus a private outdoor shower, gas grill, VCR and patio. No Smoking. Private location about 400 yards from Cheyenne Crossing Store. Air conditioning is NOT needed in the canyon.

"My family and I stayed at the Ponderosa In Lead and thought that was a great place to stay. I don't like staying in the same place twice so I booked this place. When we arrived my three girls opened the front door and we all looked in side. All of the family (including my wife) said what a great place. No TV but never missed it. On the down time my family and I played Monopoly and Yahtzee. Best vacation ever." - Brian Weldon

"This cabin was perfect for us! Area is incredibly beautiful, nice and close to area attractions. Bed was fantastic, decoration was beautiful and truly felt like a cabin. Only thing that would have made it better was a TV with cable, would have been nice for downtime. Bring your VHS's though!" - Jill Knoll

"This place was AWESOME!!! We had never been to the Black Hills in the fall, beautiful! This was probably the most enjoyable trip we have ever had out there. Aside from the beauty of the fall foilage, the cabin made our trip. The bed was great, I hadn't slept so good in years....I wanna go back!!! The cabin was decorated soooo beautifully, anything you needed in a home away from home was available. Didn't try the outdoor shower... a little too chilly for me. Can't wait to go back!! "We had the great fortune to stay at Sunny Knoll Cabin this month for our vacation get away. The cabin was immaculate and cozy and there was so much thought put into the "little things". Even though it is along a fairly well traveled highway, it feels quite isolated. Our favorite part was the outdoor shower (they do also have a full bathroom inside for those who aren't feeling as adventurous)... what an experience! We would certainly go back!!" - scott and jodi hager
